A. Please send us an e-mail to contact@jemast.com describing the exact steps which led to this bug and if you are able to reproduce it. If the game crashed, we would greatly appreciate if you could send us the crash report attached in your e-mail. Here's how to get it: the crash reports are saved on your iPhone at the time of the crash, when you connect up with the sync cable the reports are copied to your computer. The location of the reports depends on your operating system:

• Mac OS X : ~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/MobileDevice/[DEVICE_NAME]
• Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\[USERNAME]\Application Data\Apple computer\Logs\CrashReporter\[DEVICE_NAME]
• Windows Vista or 7: C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\Apple computer\Logs\CrashReporter\MobileDevice\[DEVICE_NAME]

On Windows, “Application Data” maybe hidden so you may need to show hidden files. There are two types of files stored here, .plist files and .crash files. We only need the .crash files. The files will start with the name of the application, Wargame or WargameLite and contain a date stamp. If there are multiple files, drag all of them to your e-mail in order to attach them. Once the e-mail is sent, you can delete those files as they are no longer needed.

A. Direct IP network game will most likely require you to open the network port on your router (default 55559, can be changed during setup of your game). To do so, we recommend you read the documentation of your router or ask other users in the forum. If you wish to play through 3G or Edge, there's not much you can do right now. Depending on expectations, we will add NAT passthrough techniques and even a general game ladder to simplify network games through internet.

A. We are aware that Bluetooth games can be quite unreliable. This is due to mediocre implementation of developer interfaces to manage Bluetooth in iPhone OS 3.0. Generally, issues will arise during the connection phase but will not persist after the connection is established. Next release of iPhone OS (3.1) will most likely correct those issues. As of now, if you are having solid issues with Bluetooth, we recommend you join a common WiFi network with your friends in order to start a Local Area game.

A. Absolutely positive. Just go to the settings (click the gear on the bottom right corner of the home screen) and disable music. You can quit the game whenever you want to change your music; when you'll launch it back, you will be able to continue your game right where you left it.

While we try to give the best experience to each and every of our users, we don't have the time nor the resources to ensure this website is compliant with every web browser there is.
